Mk7 Transit Door Lock

Hi for the past couple of months my 2015 150xlt beeps and flashes its lights when i hit the lock unlock button on the keyfob but none of the doors lock or unlock.

The module is now in programming mode mine beeped on this final step. I had to take out the lock to repair and decided to show whats happening when rotary knob gets stuck. I think i ve somehow managed to upset the central locking on my transit mk7 as when you lock it all up it seems to think there s a door still open in the back locks the front only and then beeps. In my case i could have probably unhooked the yellow. How to get into a transit when the key will not work. So it seems that the signal from the keyfob is reaching the van it.
